RENTAL ADVERTISING AGREEMENT:
Welcome to Vacation Club Options, Inc.. We are a fully licensed, bonded, and certified corporation. We are pleased that you have chosen us to advertise and promote your timeshare. Vacation Club Options, Inc. is committed to providing our clients with the most advanced and progressive timeshare advertising.
Once the advertising commences, you will receive a Welcome Email with a direct link to your ad, or please visit our website at vacationcluboptions.com to view your ad.
Here at Vacation Club Options, Inc., our advertising program is designed to help you generate offers for your timeshare within 180 days. At any period during this time, if your timeshare is rented by any other company or broker within 25% of the advertised price or higher, we will refund 100% of your advertising fee upon providing us proof of the sale or rental. Furthermore, if you have not received an offer that is acceptable to you within the first 180 days, Vacation Club Options, Inc. will incur any and all costs to get your property remarketed upon receiving your written request to continue marketing.

- I understand that Vacation Club Options, Inc. is a Rent by Owner Advertising Company.
- I understand that Vacation Club Options, Inc. may provide my timeshare information to large corporations, travel agents, and the vacationing public by way of their website.
- I understand that Vacation Club Options, Inc. will forward any and all offers and/or inquiries to me so that I may negotiate the rental of my timeshare directly with any prospective renters.
- I understand that I am paying Vacation Club Options, Inc. a one-time, non-recurring, fee to advertise my timeshare for a period of (180) one hundred eighty days. If I have not received an acceptable offer within (180) one hundred and eighty days, Vacation Club Options, Inc. will renew my advertising at the company’s expense for an additional (180) one hundred and eighty days upon my written request.
- I understand that Vacation Club Options, Inc. will use, but not limited to use, vacationcluboptions.com, terms of service for the website applies, to attract prospective renters and; The itemized cost to advertise on this site is "Ad Amount"
- I understand that Vacation Club Options, Inc. will be using but not limited to using Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook and Email Marketing, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in order to assist in generating offers for timeshare owners.
- I understand that Vacation Club Options, Inc. employs a full-time staff and forwards the information to me, the timeshare owner, in order to assist timeshare owners in the rental of their timeshare.
- I understand once my timeshare is advertised, services have been rendered by Vacation Club Options, Inc.
- The ratio of the number of timeshare interest listings for sale versus the number of timeshare interests sold by Vacation Club Options, Inc. is zero for each of the previous two calendar years. Because Vacation Club Options, Inc. is a timeshare advertising company, it does not obtain, track, or keep records of sales resulting from its timeshare property advertisements. Vacation Club Options, Inc. does not state or imply that its advertisements have led to the sales or rental of any specific number of timeshare units.
- By signing this agreement and only with services rendered, I waive any right to a refund after the first 10 days of this contract date. Thereafter, fees, charges, and partial discounts may apply.
TIMESHARE OWNER’S RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
- Vacation Club Options, Inc. will provide rental-advertising services pursuant to this contract. If Vacation Club Options, Inc. represents that Vacation Club Options, Inc. has identified a person who is interested in renting your timeshare, then Vacation Club Options, Inc. must provide you with the name, address, and telephone number of such represented interested renters.
- You have an unwavering right to cancel this contract for any reason within 10 days after the date you sign this contract. If you decide to cancel this contract, you must notify Vacation Club Options, Inc. in writing of your intent to cancel. Your notice of cancellation shall be effective upon the date sent and shall be sent to: via Email; [email protected] or via postal mail; 587 E State Rd 434, 3045 Longwood, FL 32750. Your refund will be made within 20 days after receipt of notice of cancellation or within 5 days after receipt of funds from your cleared check, whichever is later.
- You are not obligated to pay Vacation Club Options, Inc. any money unless you sign this contract and return it to Vacation Club Options, Inc.
- IMPORTANT: Before signing this contract, you should carefully review your original timeshare purchase contract and other project documents to determine whether the developer has reserved a right of first refusal or other option to purchase/rent your timeshare interest or to determine whether there are any restrictions or special conditions applicable to the rental of your timeshare interest.
